Robert R.R. "Rori" Marston

Speaking on how the U.S. Senate works, how to communicate with Congress, and the importance of data in campaigns.

Mr. Marston has over 40 years of experience in leadership and management ranging from industry, defense, congressional oversight of government organizations, and political campaign micro-targeting for conservative candidates and advocacy organizations. 

During his tenure at the Department of Commerce's (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Mr. Marston led the Oceanic and Atmospheric Research's Directorate Planning and Program Division in the development of the new unmanned aerial systems program.  He also served as a board member to the Space Transportation Association—a non-governmental organization—and to the DOC's International Trade Advisory Committee (aerospace). 

While working at the personal office of the late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and with the US Senate Commerce Committee, Mr. Marston dealt with autonomous aircraft, Second Amendment, NASA, fisheries legislation, and climate change issues.  On personal time, he also ran the Alaska state-wide call centers for Senator Lisa Murkowski's (R-AK) first US Senate campaign. 

Prior to joining RocketBase Solutions, software for political campaign management, Mr. Marston joined ITT Space Systems Division as the Executive Director of Climate, Weather, Imaging, and Energy Policy.  

Sign-in starts at 10:30 a.m.  The meeting will begin at 11 a.m., with lunch at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at Noon. Meetings last until approximately 1:00 p.m.

Lunch is optional, but reservations must be made by 12:00 am on the Wednesday prior to the Luncheon (8 days before), even if you're not eating.
