Our speaker this month will be 457th District Court Judge Vince Santini. Vince is the first judge to preside over the newly created 457th District Court, which covers all of Montgomery County. Judge Santini was elected as the Republican nominee in a runoff election by 78%, followed by a Governor's appointment.
