Question: Is there a time limit on having to build a house on my homesite in Bentwater?
Steve Seay: “No, you may build your home whenever you are ready. Bentwater offers you the freedom to enjoy the lifestyle immediately and build when you are ready.”
Question: Can I use any builder to build my home? And, can Bentwater help me find the right builder?
Steve Seay: “Yes, you may use any builder you choose, provided they meet the requirements of the Architectural Control Committee. Although the Sales Executives at the Bentwater Sales Center do not recommend any particular builders, they do have over 65 years of combined experience and inside knowledge when it comes to finding the builder that would best fit your specific situation. As experts on Bentwater's style and the local housing market, our Sales Executives are here to help you find and build relationships with builders that specialize in exactly what you're looking for. They are happy to help set up meetings and interviews with different builders and act as your "concierge" along the way.”
Question: Are there certain requirements and guidelines to follow when designing our new home?
Steve Seay: “Yes, Bentwater's strong property values and design consistency throughout the subdivision are maintained, in part, by detailed deed restrictions that are specific to each section of Bentwater. They set forth the requirements for such things as square footage minimums, building material requirements, and design specifications.”
Question: Does it cost anything to consult with a Bentwater Sales Executive?
Steve Seay: “No. Property Owners can call the Sales Center or their Sales Executive, from when they purchased their property, and set up an appointment.”
Question: Where can I get information regarding the guidelines to follow during the design phase of the building process?
